Sweet baby Jake is definitely a miracle. He was born very premature at less than 3 lbs, I believe. Celebrating his first birthday was surely something to celebrate! He is a precious boy who is more than loved by both his parents. You can tell that he is valued far beyond all the treasures of this world in his parents eyes. I love happy endings. Don't you?
